Preorder Policy
When a product is marked as a preorder, or produced on purchase, this product is currently not in our on-hand inventory or it hasn't gone into production yet. Your order triggers production and a product is taken out of preorder status. When an item in your order is marked as preorder, expect 2 days additional handling time for production.
General Shipping Policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery may take 1-30 days based on international mail delays. All shipping is supposed by domestic letter mail.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, when selected stickers are not marked as preorder, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1 business day of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
